Hi, I’m Lina Lotayef.
I’m a Pilates and fitness coach, health and wellness practitioner, and menopause coach. My passion is helping women feel strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies at every stage of life.
I believe health should never feel overwhelming or out of reach. That’s why my approach is grounded in simplicity, balance, and sustainability. From nutrition and movement to mindset and daily habits, I guide women to create routines that fit into real, busy lives without the pressure of perfection.
My work blends classical Pilates, strength training, barre, and mindful movement with personalized coaching in nutrition, cycle syncing, and lifestyle support. I also specialize in helping women navigate hormonal shifts, including perimenopause and menopause, with practical tools that improve energy, mood, sleep, and body composition.
Beyond workouts and meal plans, what I really share is a community. A space for women to learn, connect, and feel supported as they build habits that last, not quick fixes, but foundations for lifelong well-being.
